In our community, adult day health care began in the historic Washington School building in Eureka more than 30 years ago.

Today, Adult Day Health & Alzheimer’s Services is a program of the Humboldt Senior Resource Center, located in the state-of-the-art care center at 1901 California Street in Eureka that was designed for the care and support of individuals with physical and mental disabilities.   Our program also offers support and resources for  caregivers in our community.  Please click here to see our full brochure.
