Registered Nurse (RN)  Redwood Coast PACE We have a position open for a Registered Nurse (RN), full- or part-time, located at either our Eureka or Fortuna site.  Employment application, resume, and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and must be a current Registered Nurse licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing, in good standing.  One year working with a frail or elderly population preferred, preferably with background in public health nursing or acute care.  Valid California driver’s license, good driving record, and personal auto liability insurance required.  Must have a personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition.  Current CPR and First Aid Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Quality Assurance Manager – Redwood Coast PACE – This full-time position is at our Eureka location.  Employment application, resume, and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in nursing or another related healthcare field. Two years of experience working in quality assessment and performance improvement required, including professional experience administrating, aggregating, and analyzing data and survey results. At least 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred; 2 years of clinical nursing or other related healthcare experience preferred.  Valid California Driver’s License and personal auto liability insurance required. CPR and First Aid Certification required within 6 months of hire.

PT / OT Assistant — Redwood Coast PACE – This part-time (32.5 hrs/week) position is at our Eureka location.  Employment application, resume, and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have an Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant from an institution with a curriculum accredited from an organization approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and must be licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of California or the Occupational Therapy Board of California. A minimum of at least 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, preferably providing care in a healthcare facility or in-home setting, preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide preferred. Valid California driver’s license and personal auto liability insurance required.  Must have a personal vehicle in good operating condition.  CPR and First Aid Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Therapy Aide — Redwood Coast PACE – This part-time (32.5 hrs/week) position is at our Eureka location.  Employment application, resume, and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a combination of additional higher-education and/or relevant, applicable work experience in health care, fitness, therapy, or equivalent is preferred.  A degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or other therapy-related discipline is desired. Minimum of at least 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, preferably providing care in a healthcare facility or in-home setting, is preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide preferred. Valid California driver’s license and personal auto liability insurance required.  Must have a personal vehicle in good operating condition.  CPR and First Aid Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Care Coordinator – Redwood Coast PACE Full-time position is at our Eureka site , working Monday-Friday. Employment application, resume, and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree related to health and human services preferred), 2 years of experience in the medical field providing care management, and a minimum of 1 year working with a frail or elderly population preferred.  Valid California driver’s license and personal auto liability insurance required.

CareParter (In-Home) – Redwood Coast PACEBoth full-time and part-time positions are available, working in participants’ homes throughout our Humboldt County service area (Scotia to Trinidad, and inland to Blue Lake and Carlotta).  Employment application and resume required.  Open until filled. CarePartner (Center) – Adult Day Health Services  – We have a full-time position available, working in our Day Centers (will work at both the Eureka and Fortuna sites).  Employment application and resume required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and minimum 1 year experience working with elderly or frail population, preferably providing personal care in a health facility or in-home setting.  Current CPR and First Aid Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Behavioral Health Clinician – Behavioral Health Services This full-time position is at our Eureka location and will work Monday-Friday. Employment application, resume, and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have valid intern or licensed registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW, ASW, LMFT, AMFT);  1 year of behavioral health experience required (5 years preferred), and 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.  Valid California driver’s license and personal auto liability insurance required.

Transportation Manager – This full-time position will work at both our Eureka and Fortuna locations.  Employment application,  resume, and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, and Associate degree with emphasis on communications, business administration, or other related discipline. Three years of experience in logistics, transportation program management, or a similar field, as well as 2 years of management experience — preferably in transportation, public health, or a similar field.– required. One year of experience working with elderly or frail population preferred.  Valid California driver’s license required, and  must have personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition that can be used for the applicable job functions and personal auto liability insurance. CPR and First Aid Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Nutrition & Activities Supervisor – Nutrition & Activities Dept. This full-time position is at our Eureka location and will work Monday-Friday. Employment application and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have either: a) Associates degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in public health/community nutrition, health education, or gerontology; or b) 2 years of experience in a supervisory administrative position for a social, health service, recreation, nutrition, or similar program.  Experience working with older adults, grant management, and program planning preferred.  Valid California driver’s license and personal auto liability insurance required.

Food Service Aide – Nutrition & Activities Dept. This is a substitute position (hours vary as needed) for all locations (Arcata, Eureka, and Fortuna).   Employment application required.  Open until filled. Prior experience in food handling, food service, and clean-up desired, including basic knowledge and understanding of public health, food handling, and safety standards and the ability to follow them. Must have the ability to obtain a Food Handler’s certification upon hire.

Driver III – Transportation – This full-time position is based at our Fortuna location.  Employment application,  resume and letter of interest required.  Open until filled. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. One year of experience working in a transportation discipline required. One year of experience working with elderly or frail population preferred.  Valid California Commercial Class C Driver’s License with passenger endorsement or Class B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement required, as well as an accident-free driving record with no moving violations within the last 3 years. CPR and First Aid Certification required within 6 months of hire.
