Build-your-own salad bars are now available at all Heritage Café locations — Arcata, Eureka and Fortuna! Each self-service salad bar will feature a rotating selection of fresh and flavorful ingredients from crisp greens to an assortment of toppings.  The salad bar meal includes lowfat milk as well as other beverage options.
