Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Gerontology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred), minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and managing a program for older adults, including strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, and resource development, and a minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising professionals and paraprofessionals in long-term care. Applicants must also have a valid California Driver’s License with good driving record and personal auto liability insurance.
