The Friends Café

A weekly special-interest group for people concerned about or facing early memory loss, is held every Monday from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the Humboldt Senior Resource Center Library, 1910 California Street, Eureka.
Along with social interaction, the Friends Café also offers activities including brain fitness and exercise to stimulate the mind and body. The Friends Café is a welcoming place where you can keep learning, growing, and laughing in a comfortable, no-pressure environment with kindred spirits. If you or someone you know is interested in joining us, please stop by for a cup of coffee.
