HSRC Adult Day Health Care is a therapeutic day program that provides affordable, quality care in a safe and inviting setting to enhance the independence and quality of life for adults ages 18 and older with physical and mental disabilities. Our program provides respite and support for family caregivers in addition to the direct care provided for our participants.

We have two Adult Day Health Care center locations:

  • In Eureka at 1901 California Street
  • In Fortuna at 3200 Newburg Road, on the Gene Lucas Community Center campus

Adult Day Health Care is a Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) program licensed by the state of California.  Our staff is professionally licensed and trained to provide quality care.
