POSITION: PACE Director Make a difference in the lives of frail older adults in our community! Join the management team of a respected non-profit organization to lead the development and implementation of a new PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), which will provide medical and supportive care to frail seniors. Responsibilities include hiring and supervising key PACE staff, budgeting, maintaining quality program services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, developing service contracts, and being a part of an Interdisciplinary Team that oversees the health and welfare of PACE participants. Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Gerontology or related field. Five years experience in managing similar programs for older adults including demonstrated skills in planning, budgeting, contract management, and supervision of staff. Full-time, benefitted, exempt.
