POSITION: REDWOOD COAST PACE REGISTERED NURSE(RN) F/T (40/hours week) The PACE (Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) RN - Under the supervision of the Center Manager, is responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to assigned Redwood Coast PACE participants. Works in close coordination with the Redwood Coast PACE Primary Care Providers to manage ongoing care and complex clinical situations and support the operation of the clinic. POSITION: SUBSTITUTE FOOD SERVICE AIDE Responsible for food handling and clean up at various HSRC dining sites including Eureka, Fortuna and Arcata. Clean, wash, and prepare food service equipment and home delivered meals carriers. Assume other duties in the preparation and serving of meals under the direction of the Food Service Manager. Must have previous kitchen experience, valid Food Safety Manager Certificate, Food Handlers card or ServSafe certification. Ability to stand for extended time and lift up to 40 lbs. M-F 7am to 1:30pm with some variable hours at times. Subs can work up to five days/week in our busy central kitchen or other sites. POSITION: PACE ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE.  Join the staff at the Humboldt Senior Resource Center’s PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). The Enrollment Representative is responsible for performing outreach and intake functions for PACE clients. This position works with community partners and referral organizations to build census, meets with prospective clients and their families to evaluate eligibility for PACE, provides information about prospective applicants to the PACE Interdisciplinary Team and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations during the enrollment process. BA in Health, Social Services, Geriatrics or Marketing desirable. Knowledge of managed care and older adult services as well as some experience in sales or membership services a plus. Must have strong computer skills. Part -time (20/hrs. week) to start; must be able to go full-time (40/hrs. week) when the time is needed (timeframe TBD).
