Dial-A-Ride FAQ Print
  1. Am I limited in the amount of times I use Dial-A-Ride per day, week or month?
Answer: You may use the service as many times as you need. There are no trip limits.

  2. Are there discounts on ticket prices for the disabled or seniors?
Answer: If you are working with a care manager, he or she may provide you with tickets. Otherwise, Dial-A-Ride sponsors try to keep the cost of a ride as low as possible. A patrom pays about a 1/4 the cost of a cab fare.

  3. I may need help getting in and out of the van. May I have my caregiver ride with me?
Answer: The driver can assist you from your door to the van, and from the van to the door of your destination. If you have a caregiver and need them to accompany you on trips, they can be certified and will ride free when you need them.
