Donor Recognition

While we respect all requests for anonymity, we also welcome opportunities to acknowledge and celebrate the donors who are helping to make the New Alzheimer's Center a reality.

Donations of $100 or more
All donors who make a gift of $100 or more will be recognized by name in the New Alzheimer's Center building.

Donations of $1,000 or more
Donors who make a gift of $1,000 or more will also receive a beautiful art piece featuring artwork by a client inthe current Alzheimer's program at HSRC's Adult Day Health facility.

Donations of $25,000 or more
Special naming opportunities in the new facility are available to those who are able to give gifts of $25,000 or more. Naming opportunities provide a unique chance for donors to become a permanent part of the New Alzheimer’s Center. Naming a room or area of the new facility is also a very special way to honor or remember a loved one.
