Give a permanent gift, honor a friend or family member, or remember a loved one with this special donation opportunity! With your purchase of a one-of-a-kind Fire & Light tile, you can pay tribute to a loved one and help the New Alzheimer’s Center reach its $4.5 million goal.

These unique tiles will be made in a variety of Fire & Light colors to create a
patchwork of color and light, which will be unveiled at the New Alzheimer’s Center’s grand opening. Carbonneau Tile will install this Quilt of Glass
on the second floor of the new building, in the entry to the resource center,
as a lasting tribute to the lives that have been touched by dementia.

Your donation of $100 per tile lets you personalize the tile with your message of up to 2 lines with 15 characters per line. Please note that tile colors will be assigned based on the “quilt” design and cannot be chosen.

Respond by July 1, 2008 to be part of the grand opening installation.
Future “quilts” will be created in the New Alzheimer’s Center as more tiles are sold.
